Our portfolio ranges from network to enterprise products and we’re unique in being able to give customers architectural options that allow key parts of our technology to be placed either in our network, in a hosting centre, on the customer’s site or a mixture of all of these. JAM IP also can provide technical and integration services to ensure productivity and quality in your contact centre is maximised. A summary of our portfolio is provided below:

  • Intelligent Network (IN) - JAM IP can provide all numbering options (e.g. 0800, 0845, 0300, etc).
  • Network IVR - JAM IP’s Network IVR platform allows customers to process calls in our network using tone or speech recognition. This provides a very economical way of handling calls from the simplest to the most complex.
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center (UCC) and Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) - JAM IP is an Advanced Technology Partner for Cisco UCC and CVP and has the ability to deliver enterprise contact centres, virtualised contact centre (ICM) or a mixture of both.
  • Nortel Contact Center - JAM IP is a Nortel Gold Partner and Development Partner of many years standing. Products include Contact Center 6, Call Recording and MPS (IVR).
  • Inhouse Products - JAM IP’s both develop their own products (e.g. OpenCONTACT dialler, Skype Connector and SMS Manager) and provide integration and other technical services. They allow an exact match to customer’s requirements.
  • OpenQUEUE - OpenQUEUE provides consumers with the ability to request a callback rather than queue for an agent. This provides more convenience for the consumer and spreads the peak loads for the contact centre.
  • Witness Actionable Solutions (Verint) - JAM IP is a Strategic Partner and can deliver compliance recording, quality monitoring and workforce management solutions as part of the Impact 360 portfolio. These are key solutions in maintaining customer quality and compliance.
